What did Ben mean when he said that to Bailey regarding Jo?
- That she is visibly suffering?
- That she is obviously still in love with Karev? or
- That she is pregnant?

I thought it meant that Deluca is obviously in love with Jo, so Deluca refusing to testify and asking to drop the charges was his gift to Jo (who yes, still loves Karev).

"That's what I do... I drink, and I know things."
Ooooh! I think I know what I got wrong: they were talking about how Ben told Deluca that Karev was about to take the plea and I thought Bailey asked "and why would YOU do that, for Karev?" (as in "why did you care enough to meddle" which I now realize was not a very likely thing for her to say). So when Ben replied "for Wilson" I thought he meant that he was himself interested in Wilson's well-being because of something obvious that's happening to her. I think that interpretation was prompted also by the fact that Ben kept asking Jo if she's OK in the previous episode.
OK so it was a lot simpler than that, Bailey asked "why would HE do that" and the rest is obvious. Sorry, I'm a bit slow, I've had a loooong day!
