I dislike that Alex got his job back.

Me too!! He should still be suspended and deal with rather significant consequences for once.

realistically, Bailey couldnt not give him his job back. Especially the way it played out. Deluca claimed they had a fat. Changed his story. If she fired Alex/ shed have to fire Deluca as well.

I figured it wouldn't come to a natural and realistic end. The charges are dropped and Alex goes back to work and it's business as usual?

This show had a plane crash, 4 main deaths, shooter on the loose, a bomb in an OR. I hope you got what I mean.

Why does Deluca stay at the hospital? Pretty much everyone is on Alex's side even though Alex is 100% at fault for what happened.
