Something I don't get about the ending.

In all the other movies, the protagonist only has a vision at the beginning. Why does WENDY have one at the end too? Does it mean she's special and will have visions everytime she's about to die? If so, why didn't she have a vision at the county fare? Also, why didn't she have the vision before the train started moving? Isn't that how these visions usually happen in order for the protagonist to have a chance to avoid dying?

Oh, she wasn't going to survive the subway/train wreck. Death (or whatever power you think is running this show,) brought those 3 together and showed her that vision just to mess with her. Like, "HA HA! Try to get out of this one!"

I will have to watch them all again but I think the first has them at the end also

All the movies end with the main characters dying. The difference is that this is the only one where the protagonist has a second vision.

The first one has two characters surviving.
