No $ but Barb & Bill tell Margie to decorate the house

All the "we have no $ right now" but Margie gets a brand new car, and both Bill and Barb tell her to redecorate the house. WHAT??? This is before they find out about Nicky's spending.. but still.. Nicky asked bill for $500 and he offered $100. But then in the same episode told Margie to fix up the house.

He owns Home Plus, he probably expected her to go to the store and sign for the stuff.

Plus not to mention, Nikki's son went to a very expensive private Catholic school!!! Where did they get the movie for that too????
