If being married to one woman could be a form of hell.... Why would you double or triple that degree of torment?

Cause they felt like they're doing God's will. That the more women you marry and children you have the higher your place in heaven I think. I remember hearing something like that

I thought it was funny, but I've been a wife. A wife who kept her husband from thinking more wives would be fun.

I'm not sure how to interpret that? All I know is, and this is from personal experience, that some women were never meant to be wives or mothers. It's sad, but true.

So I made my comment as a joke, based on MY own personal hell.
