Willie Weathers To Jail
I'm a Criminal Justice major, and i'm not saying willie weathers shouldn't have had some form of punishment due to the illegal firearm, however, he shot the mother's boyfriend in self-defense. Unless he had priors he shouldn't have gone to jail. Law states that when is someone is charging at you, and it cleary shows the man was, you can use self-defense, the only charge here should have really been posession of an illegal firearm, which would be probation, or a month inside, any thoughts??
