I just watched this yesterday, she wasn't. He's still struggling with her before he gets shot. Her dress is down, his pants are up, and he's not between her legs...more in the mounted position..just not THAT mounted position.

I seem to recall she was not. That they were just dragging out out as a form of enjoyable torture. For them I mean. Obviously not her.
