The bad guy strip club owner should have been Cyrus

It would make a lot more sense. Both characters even acted similarly, constantly waving around a gun and making threats and acting like a tough guy even though both of them are pussies.

Plus Cyrus knows Lucy and hates Ricky, so it would make sense he'd want to get her fake breasts and bang her to piss Ricky off.

That was my main thought at the end of the movie. It would have been perfect for Cyrus.

i think they tried to make the film such that knowledge of the show would not be a pre requisite to enjoy the film. There are a few events which overlap or contradict; lucy and ricky getting married, trinity's age, the damage to lahey's car.
