Yeah, this movie was a tragedy compared to the tv shows. I have no idea how this got a 7+. I gave it a 4, and I've been watching the seasons since the 1st thanks to Netflix.

I never saw the series and just watched the movie on demand from Comedy Central. If the series is better than the movie I need to see it ASAP because I really enjoyed the movie and found the dialogue hilarious. The character of Ricky really gives off a vibe similar to Kenny Powers in Eastbound and Down, and wouldn't be surprised if he was inspired a bit from the character.

Yeah, except that the Ricky character was created sometime around 1999 while they were filming the low-budget shorts.
