How does everyone at the school in Japan speak English?

Ok I get the three girls are probably transfers so I guess they have to take Japanese classes like the Japanese students have to take English classes but what about the principal she seemed to speak perfect English

I learned Spanish in school but when I'm in my native country I speak English. I would imagine it's the same for them.
