Theatrical version compared to the unrated DVD version?

What are the current differences between them?

Considering the recent premiere of The Grudge 2 on the U.K.'s Sky movies this week. It seems to be the theatrical version. If anyone's seen the unrated DVD version. What exactly was extended, altered, changed and expanded upon etc.

I ask this cos even though i like this film, like many people i get sick and tired of the whole unrated DVD sales that are advertised and made commerically viable which is merely big hype with very little improvements made over the original cut you saw in cinemas, with only the most minor of scene extensions and whatnot added to the DVD versions. I kind of hoped like several films The Grudge 2 would be the unrated DVD cut when it finally premiered but apparently this isn't the case.

Those of you who have seen the theatrical version and own the DVD's what does the unrated version have over the theatrical cut scenes of The Grudge 2, please go into details! Is there much noticiable difference that expands the film greatly, or is it minor stuff not even worth worrying about!

It's in German, I don't know if you can read it.
Kinofassung = Theatrical cut
DC = Director's Cut

What I want to know is why they completely removed some scenes from the DVD version. From what I can tell, they removed parts of Karen's escape scenes. Though there may be more. Rewatching it right now, and it's been 3 years, so my memory's hazy. But, yeah. Some bits were definitely removed.
From the normal DVD anyway. Never saw a director's cut in the UK as of yet.

in which minute does karen die in the director's cut?
I heard her death scene comes later in the D.C. than in the theatrical release.
