Kozako:possessed by littel slugger?

There was this thread on here one time that was playing around with the idea of if kozako was possessed by little slugger or not.What do you think was he possessed?

Naw, he was simply a role-player who gotten lost in his own delusion of being Lil' Slugger and took the whole thing too far.

When darkness overcomes the heart, Lil' Slugger appears...

just like everyone else, Kozuka used Lil' slugger as an escape into a fantasy.
his was just alot more colorful, and not quite so dreary, but instead him being a savior to those victims.

But why did he look identical to Lil' Slugger?

Because the kid dressed up like him?

It's arguable that Lil' Slugger's appearance was formed by strong perceptions of him, so what he looked like should have been common knowledge to everyone in the city.

little slugger wasnt real anyway...in a technical sense he possesed kozako but he possesed everbody that was "attacked" by him aka themselves.

I think the two ended up looking like dopplegangers, but without any supernatural causation or influence.
The description made my Tsukiko and circulated throughout the city was very general, so Kozuka could easily imitate him. None of Lil' Slugger's victims really got a good look at him. But after Kozuka was caught, his picture was probably shown in the news. This solidified LS's image in their minds. After that, LS's appearance is given more detail and looks more like him.
