If Woody had not tried to save him from that Yard Sale in Toy Story 2, he would have never been stolen and then we find out in Toy Story 3 that Weezy got sold in another yard sale down the road.

If Woody has not tried to save him, there wouldn't have been a Toy Story 2 and Jessie and Bullseye would never be in the gang.

I think they excluded him out of respect for Joe Ranft.

I'm a little bummed Weezy did not appear in TS3. :(

True...... But then again. Many of Andys toys were eventually sold/given away. Hence why we only see the main toys in the movie.
