wouldn't she have to ask him for it? How was she able to ask for it in a girl voice while impersonating Ken? Wouldn't the bookworm figure it's not really Ken when she talks, since she obviously can't talk like Ken cause she's a girl? Plus her high heels were showing as well.
Barbie was wearing a space suit with a helmet so I'm assuming her voice would be distorted enough that he wouldn't notice. Also, the bookworm knew Ken was freaky about fashion, that's why he said "yeesh" when he saw the heels. He's probably seen Ken dress up in all kinds of stuff.
