Bo Peep.

Was there ever an official reason why Bo Peep was left out of this movie? I know she belonged to Molly, so it's understandable why she wouldn't be in Andy's room anymore. The only line given as to why she was gone was quick and it didn't really seem like a proper good-bye for a semi-main character/ main character's love interest

Bo Peep wasn't a toy, she was a decorative part of baby Molly's bedside lamp. It makes perfect sense that Molly's baby furniture would be donated or yard saled once Molly outgrew them.

I remember reading that she wasn't able to be included in most of TS2 and all of TS3 because she was made of porcelain and wouldn't have survived the sort of treatment the plastic toys went through.

I nvr realized that - thanks. I assumed they were initally opening it up for woody & jesse romance. Which im glad didn't happen.

She is definitely awesome, that's for sure. Woody is a lucky guy!

I read that they were actually going to have her in this film but then the voice actress died, and then they reconsidered that as she was made of porcelain, it wasn't realistic for her to make it through the plot's events anyhoo, so they wrote her out instead of getting a different voice actress.

It is really sad, but yes, it does make sense... ):

Annie Potts isn't dead. Irrelevant... maybe, dead? not so much. I was really bummed she wasn't in it though, she's awesome.

Annie Potts is not dead.

I wondered the same thing about RC. It's understandable why Bo Peep would have been written out beings that she was part of Molly's bedroom set and once Molly outgrew it, she would have been donated or sold. RC, on the other hand, was one of Andy's original toys..I'm just unsure why he would have gotten rid of him.
