Victory of the Daleks (S5:E3)

This was a wonderful bit of humor in this episode:

(Matt Smith as Doctor talking to a Dalek with a cute little British flag.)

Dalek: Would you care for some tea?

The Doctor knocks the tea to the floor yelling.

Doctor: Stop this! What are you doing here? What do you want?

Dalek: We seek only to help you.

Doctor: To do what?

Dalek: To win the war.

Doctor: Really? Which war?

Dalek: I do not understand.

Doctor: This war, against the Nazis, or your war, the war against the rest of the universe, the war against all life-forms that are not Dalek?

Dalek: I do not understand. I am your soldier.

Doctor: Oh yeah? Okay! Okay! Okay soldier, defend yourself!

(picking up a large wrench to bash the Dalek with)

Dalek: (while being bashed) You do not require tea?

reply

Plothole; the Dalek doesn't turn into a super Dalek having been touched by a time traveller like one did in season one Dalek.

The one in "Dalek" didn't turn into a super dalek it just was able to heal itself from the touch of a time traveler (i can't remember why but presemably it was due to a risiduel energy of some kind due to tardis travel.)

The doctor knew better than to touch it, Rose did not. Once healed it was back it full power.
