Excellent film, great cast! Gave it 8 stars...

This film - all at once - was real, repulsing, quirky, funny and off-beat and that's why I love it. Alan Arkin more than deserved his Oscar win and the pageant scenes were sickening and raw - just as they should be. They're ironic and hypocritical, and, during Olive's dance, humorous. I bought my copy for $5 at the grocery store. I wish there were more high-quality films like this.

I just don't understand people who love a movie very much and think it's excellent and then they give it only 8 stars!! why not 9 or 10??

It's a 10/10 movie to me.

I literally just watched this movie for the first time. It was very funny. I rate it 9/10.

Yes! Arkin's lines made me laugh the hardest! So very funny. And I give it a 10/10. And I love your DAMM!!! 😀
