When Olive Hoover dances on stage like a striptease is not okay?

oh and by the way, who ever thought of having a "little Miss..." pagent and dressing up little girls to be*ahem* should be outlawed

Actually, it is not alright to dress a child like a slut, but it is perfectly okay to dress a slut like a child.
