Spitting in the urinal
Kudos to Mr. Defoe to improv (I am assuming) him spitting into the urinal while he is taking a leak.
I have seen a great number of movies an this is the first one that has shown this odd aspect of male bathroom behavior.
Maybe H Keitel did it in Res Dogs....but I am not sure.
(To females reading this, even if we don't really have to spit, some compuntion compels us to do so)
