Why did the doctor save Nicholas
As far as I'm concerned if you're stupid enough to knock up Amin's wife you deserve to die. I wouldn't risk my life to save him.

Nicholas might be an idiot, banging the dictator's wife, but telling them about his experience with Idi Amin would more than redeem him.
