For Earl to have fixed all his items the show wouldve needed 7-8 seasons

And not only that but also they shouldn't have made Earl go to prison nor those stupid and yet unnecessary dream sequences which had nothing to do with the show itself.

It sucks that the show's cancelled but what's worse is that it ended with "To Be Continued...".

Just give us a small mini-series to wrap the show up or an eBook to read about it, Greg Garcia / Jason Lee. 

I agree with the dream sequences during the third season, although (even though it did go long too long) the prison storyline did have some funny episodes.
Can't really blame Greg Garcia for ending the series with a cliffhanger, though. He was basically the network up until the last minute that the series was probably going to be renewed.
