What's with
the odd vertical door latch in the cheerleader episode? (SPOILER ALERT) It appears to be completely out of place. It should be mounted at the bottom of the door and drop into an imbedded piece of hardware or a simple hole drilled into the floor since the plot point concerns it dropping down when the door shuts behind the angry cheerleader but in this episode it appears to drop down worthlessly into the top of a horizontal wooden beam which appears to be part of the door itself. And why even mount it on the exterior side of a basement door? Are they trying to keep the Boogie Man from leaving the basement?
