I think Misha tweeted this about an hour before the show aired. Think it means anything, or did he just tweet it because it was his 100th episode? Trolling?

I remember the big party the entire cast and crew had for the 100th episode. It's a big number :)
I'm glade they see one big family and they should be proud of what they accomplish. I think of many shows going on that long.
shareI still think that Jack will bring Cas back. Mostly. There's a part of me that's starting to wonder though if that was really our Castiel's last episode, and we'll get AU!Castiel starting next year as a reboot.
shareEither Jack will just bring regular Cas back to life, or I do think one of two things could happen. Yeah, we could meet alt!Cas from the other world. Or Jack takes over Castiel entirely as his vessel, and Misha plays Jack from here on out.

shareI think Crowley and Mark S. are gone. He got a hero's death much like Meg did. It just kind of sucks that it was overshadowed by Cas dying, because Mark's been such a big part of the show for so long, he probably deserved better.
I'm thinking Rowena and Ruth are gone too. If that's the way they chose to end her, I'm really not happy about it.
I'm thinking Cas might be gone (Unless they have Jack bring him back), but Misha isn't. I think if they wanted to give him a fresh start next year, having an AU!Cas who is darker and doesn't know Dean or Sam and who doesn't have any particular bond with them might be a way for them to go, especially since Cas kind of got his death scene in Stuck in the Middle (With You).
