Cringy thoughts on the ending

How pissed would everyone one be if they tried to end it with a scene of Sam waking in Hell with Lucifer laughing his ass off because he really did make Sam think he got out and everything was basically a dream, never happened.... I love this show and have been plowing through the seasons pretty quick considering the span of the shows existence. I could see them doing this type of BS but I'd be mad for sure because it is like a slap in the face of fan. Nothing you watched after sam took the dive to Hell.
So, what would be yalls favorite way for the show to end? I'm interested to see what yall come up with.
I haven't watched the 15th season yet so pretty please no real spoilers.

Hi,
That sort of ending reminds me of the old Bobby moment in the shower in Dallas. That is a no from me personally. I hate the thought of Sam having his life taken from him in that way, and Lucifer having some kind of hold over him, and having the last powerful word over Sam's existence. That wouldn't be fair, and really horrible for Sam. Yes, I too would be mad if they pulled this stunt, and wouldn't put it past them to end on this type of note.

So what are you thinking of the series so far then? Are you enjoying it?

Been my favorite pass time during this quarantine stuff. I'm up to season 10... The show is such a crazy awesome rollercoaster. I look forward to seeing how they weave the tapestry of this awesome show. Also the 23 episode seasons! Love how long it is.

Also wish they had passed on Leviathans all together. Their entire arc is lazy, ridiculous and felt like a whole season of filler episodes. I know there plenty that agree with me on this. Read in many articles that it is considered the worst season. What matters is......
The show picked up after the above mentioned mishap. That gives me hope and I'm gonna ride it out till the end. I'm in Louisiana where the stay at home order is extended to May 15th. Probably longer but that is not what this is about. Any ideas of supernaturally inclined shows to fill the void when I finish Supernatural?! Id love ideas so shoot them my way if you are don't mind. I appreciate any and all ideas ill try any show at least through the pilot and maybe 1 or 2 more episode before I decide if ill watch the whole show. Thanks in advance for ideas!

Examples are Haven and I loved the darkness in this one. If nobody wants to add to the suggestion list then ill try else where. I have faith this great community will be able to steer me in the right direction. We shall we...

Someone I know mentioned to me that Peaky Blinders is good, and also Stranger Things, which I've still to see.

Supernatural has done a lot of cheesy things, but I don't think a dream sequence, or a ha-ha it was all a dream will be their final bow. Plus, there is something they've already done at the end of season 14 with the ha-ha, made you look sort of thing.

I'm not sure how I would want the show to end, I can only think of ways I don't want it to end.

100% agree that dream state or illusion making all the seasons invalid is a lazy cheap trophe that should never be used in these types of shows. Not quite to 14 yet only made it to 10. I will be soon though and I'll see what this ha-ha you speak of is. As long as they get back to the basics and remember they have an extensive established lore associated with this beautifully horrific landscape, success will be imminent! Anyway. Long story short I love this show and would watch pretty much regardless of what off the wall things they pull out. Just hoping for no boring bullshit leviathan sub-plots or anything related.
