Would Bleeker have eventually told his parents?

In the movie, Juno tells Bleeker that her parents weren't gonna tell his about the baby and just keep it under wraps. Bleeker never seems to tell his mother in the movie that he fathered a child with Juno.

Would he have eventually? Even though he basically had nothing to do with the pregnancy and the baby was given up for adoption, that's still a pretty huge secret to keep from your parents. How would his parents react? Would his mother flip out and be hurt that she has a grandson out there that she knows nothing about? Or would she flip out and be angry that everyone knew but her? Was it the right thing for Juno's parents to not tell her? After all, she's a grandparent too.

Would she have been accepting of the adoption or wanted him to step up?
