at the end of the movie, all of a sudden Bren has her dogs. What happened to Juno's allergy?

I just bought it at a yard sale, and have watched it a couple times lately, so maybe more observant than first time I saw it years ago.

I too noticed when she was about to get on her bike to go to Bleakers for closing scene, Bren was in yard with a dog.

What WAS that about?! Earlier it was made clear Bren couldn't have dogs due to Juno's allergies.

HUH?

I don't know, maybe her pregnancy changed her somehow physically and now she's NOT allergic?

Makes no sense to me.

I'm assuming this is after Juno's moved out. Bren makes the comment earlier in the film that she plans on getting a dog as soon as Juno's out.
