The brothers' bond

I found it to be quite emotional! it was well written how they were always having to deal with some sort of emotional paradox, which ultimately relied on them acting on what their heart was telling them, not the 'council'..

If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0

I have to disagree. The way they both just presumed guilt of their "brother" because he presented his father with a robe...that was being touched by three attendants and was out of his sight for countless hours to begin with. Family suspects but real family with a close bond questions before accusing.

Tus and Garsiv were both *beep* towards Dastan until confronted with supreme (literally had to kill himself in one case) evidence of his innocence.

Just irked me for guys that supposedly loved him like a blood brother that they would presume his guilt because of a mob mentality of the moment...these are supposed to be future kings.

You make a good point, to the extent that i disagree with myself now!

this was in a time when brothers would kill brothers just to become king and what not so its not unreasonable that in a situation like that most people would suspect him

Besides, the older brother knew that HE didn't put the poison on the coat.

I did find it refreshing that they didn't make him just another Evil McBadGuy like I thought they would, or just naively follow everything Littlefinger Kingsley told him to. Usually that character would make a complete 180 by the halfway point to up the stakes, but this movie resisted doing that. Kudos.
