A fine film, fine performances

"The Flock" was one of those gems that you occasionally find on one of your movie channels....

If you've never worked with sex offenders, or never lived with someone who does, you don't have the first clue about the allure of this film.

It even reminds me, briefly of some of the questions and topics raised from watching Jodie Foster's "The Brave One."

If a woman is capable of doing what Erica Bain did in "the Brave One," then why wouldn't a woman be capable of manipulating perps the way Violet did in "The Flock???"

I don't know any answers. I have so many questions. "The Flock" was cheesy in many places, but the overall impact of "The Flock" was decent entertainment - that attempted to do more than entertain.

That's what usually ticks people off. Especially when they don't like what you're trying to get them to see.

Gere and Daines were perfect shamen to lead the way. Good movie. No question.
