So no beech tree or Tori Amos in this? *SPOILERS*

in the book there's a talking beech tree, formerly a wood nymph, that was inspired by singer Tori Amos, a friend of author of Neil Gaiman. She's voiced the tree in a BBC radio version back in December of 2016 but i was hoping to find her in this movie or even the talking tree.

Tori Amos is not in the movie at all. Not an appearance, voice over, or even so much as one of her songs over the closing credits.

The talking tree is also not in the movie. From a standpoint of plot function, it is replaced by a voice coming from the stars (Yvaine's sisters) which warns Tristan that Yvaine is in danger and instruct him to find Primus's carriage.
