shareI always assumed it was because, similarly to the murdered star 400 years earlier, once she'd taken on human form she could not communicate in this way. If she could, I think the second you see her awaken in the crater she'd be yakking it up w/ her sisters as to WTH?!? lol
Also I think in the romance/hero/ lady in distress tradition, this better conveyed his destiny in becoming her protector & true love...
Ha, fair enough. Didn't think about why they weren't gabbing the entire time, but it's nice that stars can communicate with half-fairies or whatever the hell Christian is.
