Goof? - Season 2 - The Work Outing.

When Jen is talking to Moss at the bar (Moss is the bartender), you can see "Laura" having a chat with Roy in his wheelchair(upper left side of the screen). In the very next scene, "Laura" approaches Roy and begins the conversation.
Maybe a goof, maybe not. You decide. Would this be a continuity error?
