in that case all movies that include murderers are also the same...
so, in your rational: texas chainsaw massacre=the hills have eyes=se7en=P3=when a stranger calls= etc etc.. so i think not.

They are somewhat similar, but the storyline is different, which makes them original.....I think I read somewhere that there are technically only 7 types of stories...like love stories, adventure, stuff like that...it's the content that makes them all different and exciting...
