Pretty much any time Hugh Grant sings, so virtually every song in the movie. It was less noticeable when Drew Barrymore sang, but still there.

I have been using auto-tune in my studio for years. I have challenged people to tell when it is being used in an A-B test versus a properly sung phrase. No one can tell when the unit is properly adjusted and a midi sync track is applied for reference. The effect is not noticeable unless overused and breathing/pumping/etc. artifacts occur.
