Pop Goes My Heart 'duet'

Does anyone know why the movie only credits Hugh as singing "Pop! Goes My Heart" as opposed to Hugh and Scott Porter, after all Scott (or whoever dubbed him) sings the first couple lines and then sings background harmony later in the song. Admittedly it mostly Hugh's vocal but why isn't the other person credited?

I mostly wondered why it was Colin Porter that was seen as the breakout of Pop! when it seemed like in their biggest song, he wasn't even the lead singer.

I suppose he did look nicer and was more energetic. But Alex did the hit melodies, which probably carries most of the hook, and he did what seems to be most of the singing.
