What possible explanation is there that title was not used?

The movie wasn't about that song. Plus can you imagine the cheesey voice the voiceover guy would use in a preview for a movie called pop goes my heart?

i can't think of a reason why you would call it that
if anything "way back into love" makes more sense
but music and lyrics is better than both in my humblest of opinions!

Why take the escalator when I've got a perfectly good canoe?
