Still hard to watch the fall of Anne Boleyn.

This is my favourite show, and I've watched it through many times, yet no matter how many times I watch it, it never gets any easier to watch Anne Boleyn fall out of the king's passion and to her eventual demise. I know we're supposed to hate her, because she caused Henry Vlll to leave KofA and caused the break of the Catholic Church, etc. etc... yet I can't help but love her. Maybe it was just Natalie Dormer's portrayel of her that I love so much, but every time I watch the show I wish it could be different, and that he had stayed with her. You can see him start losing interest as early as when she gives birth to Elizabeth, and it steadily gets worse and worse.

Poor Jane Seymour, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her, but from the moment Henry lays eyes on her at the Seymour's home, I hate her for further turning his passions from Anne.

I love Natalie, too. But I have to say that, as much as Anne's execution (and Natalie's exit from the show) saddens me, Jane's death is the one that really gets me time after time. That final scene! And the fact that knowing Henry and Jane are laid to rest side by side forever adds to the emotional impact for me.

I think the casting change from Anita Briem to Annabelle Wallis was brilliant. I couldn't stand Anita Briem's simpering portrayal of Jane Seymour. Annabelle Wallis gave her a grace and strength that Jane Seymour lacked in Season 2. Her death scene was beautifully shot, maybe one of the best scenes of the entire show.

I love Annabelle Wallace. She's beautiful. I thought it was odd to change the character in the middle of their story arc but at least it was a good casting change. Annabelle played a beautiful and delicate Jane Seymour.

I agree. Natalie really excelled.

I hated her and hated everyone who helped scheme her way to being Queen and torture Catherine.

But even still I felt bad for Anne and the way she was scapegoated. Absolute travesty all around.

Yes Queen Catherine didn't deserve what happened to her at all. Very sad.
