No way 2 straight guys would get hitched and be okay with not being able to see women. Wouldn't ever happen. However, it is a pretty funny movie, not the funniest I've seen from Sandler, but amusing none the less.

Well people get hitched all the time to keep someone in the country. I also see it possible that people would get hitched for health benefits. There are men that live together as roommates that both might not have a girlfriend, or dating anyone. it is not that uncommon to go through a long dry spell especially the older you get.
