What did you want to see in the second season?

If Wolverine and the X-Men was ever picked up for a second season, what things would you like to have seen in the second season? I would have loved to see the following things happen:

1. More focus on the other X-Men characters. The first season did a good job at introducing many characters from the comics, but the majority of the focus went to Wolverine and that sort of weakened the show a bit. I would also love to see Colossus, Magik, Havok, Deadpool and Jubilee come join the cast just as it was planned.

2. I like to see how they would have done the Age of Apocalypse storyline since it was hinted that he would show up in the next season.

3. If they could, maybe they could take storylines from Grant Morrison's New X-Men run and Joss Whedon's run on Astonishing X-Men since it seems to have characters from those runs.

I can't believe I'm saying this, seeing as how I grew up with Cyclops & Jean Grey as the X-Men's "it couple" but I would've liked to have seen Cyclops dump Jean, since season 1 set Emma Frost (who I'm not even that fond of no matter what the medium) up to be "the one" for him while casting his relationship with Jean in a negative light, but then didn't follow through, even though show-runners Craig Kyle & Greg Johnson both made it very clear that they preferred Emma (Chris Yost mentioned his preferred Jean but that's not the point).

Darthbill you already made a thread about this. But I guess I'll add.

-I'd love to see more of the obscure X-Men that don't get seen. DC cartoons does a really good job at introducing and re-inventing old characters who haven't been seen in ages. I wish Marvel did the same.

-Don't be afraid to change the lineup. DC cartoons do a really good job at changing the lineup while not upsetting fans. The traditional lineup (Cyclops, Jean, Rogue, Storm, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Kitty) are not "must haves" they can still be in the show but X-Men comics have and always will be an ever-changing lineup.

-Introduce some of the darker themes. X-Men: Evolution got serious in the last three seasons and it introduced some of its darker material but never went to deep. (Mystique torturing Cyclops, hiding Xavier, Cyclops leaving her to the military, etc...) I'd like to see some of the story lines such as Gambit and the Morlocks. I understand they would never show killing on TV but there are still ways to do these storylines

-Now that I mentioned the Morlocks I guess I would like to see more of them. EVO did a good job but didn't go deep enough. The X-Men are very lucky to have powers but still look "normal". The Morlocks aren't. Not everyone can have powers and be pretty too. I did enjoy the relationship the Morlocks had with the X-Men.

-Introduce some of the political aspects of the world involving mutants. Justice League: Unlimited did a good job at this. So do the X-Men comics but you never quite see this in the show.

Gambit and Rogue together on the team.

Why would a banana grab another banana? Those are the kind of questions I don't want to answer.

I definitely would like to see Gambit and Rogue on a team together!

Gambit and Rogue relationship similar to the Animated series i prefer that AS Rogue to this one, who was pretty boring. Haven't read the comics but would like other x men characters other than the major X Men we always see.
