Even within the movie part of what they used as their criteria for judging women was personality. Yes, Marnie was physically attractive but she was also a bitch.

While Molly's physical appearance is obviously a major part of what makes her 'perfect', I think you also need to factor in the way she carries herself and the general attitude she exudes. These, in my opinion, can definitely enhance one's appearance.
