Is the language from this song an invention? Or is it a real language and which one?

The OST says it's by Gabriela Robin, who is widely believed to be Yoko Kanno. She has a made up language that she sometimes sings her songs in. According to her it's part Russian, part Japanese with some English, Polish and a few completely made up words. Since it's her stuff, we hardcore YK fans just enjoy!
