shareIt seams that she will be going back to Section 9, probably cause of the relationship/connection with Batou, since she said it doesn't matter to her if she is in Section 9 or going it alone.
That last line was mainly a throw back to the last line in the original movie and to give us a bit of doubt on if she is returning or not.
