I've seen photos of Amy Adams topless in this movie. It's supposed to take place in the first motel scene where we see Steve Zahn put on his pants and Amy Adams her bra. But on the DVD, which I got today from Netflix, we see Steve Zahn put on his pants but when cut to Amy she already has the bra on. So, what happened? Was the nudity deleted or was it just an alternate take?

Amy Adams does not do nude scenes.Not even a scene wherein she is topless.The most that she would do is probably be in her bra and undies.

No, i don't think she actually wanted to be topless...when i watched the movie i noticed that part was REALLY fast. What i believe happened was that someone got a copy of the DVD version and basically slowed down that bra snapping scene to frame by frame speed and just took a screen cap of it. Cause I have that scene on my version and she just snaps that bra on very quickly so it's not really noticeable to us unless you slow it down.

Amy Adams has another brief nude screen in Psycho Beach Party, where her bikini bottom gets ripped away while she is standingstraight on to the camera, but again she gets her hand down to cover in an instant that was too short to catch on a non-HD DVR recording on Fox Movie channel.

I'am sure she has a "nude boob" scene in The Fighter as well, but it was see-through bra not totally bare. So she is willing to get the puppies out, just not gratuitously it seems, to my eternal torment.
