I guess I'm the only one that liked it? I tend to like adventure movies.

I enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean (2003) and The Mummy (1999). This fits nicely with those and I found it an enjoyable theater experience.

I find myself overly critical about most movies and shows and rarely am I able to just watch and enjoy. This is one of those that I have been able to just take it for what it is. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I really liked this one.

I liked it. It was lower tier but passing grade. We have so few movies like this, i'm sure i'll come to appreciate it a great deal more in years to come. Any criticisms I levy against it are because it could have been so much more. But there will be a day soon when we miss even having the Rock to kick around.

It's so very clear this was meant to be the replacement for Pirates. And Industry Dependables at the helm, not wild cards. This is a trilogy at the least. I'll watch more. Straight up.

Yes, same story told a different way, both based on classic Disney theme park rides. I very much enjoyed it.

Its right up there with Raiders of the lost ark when it comes to all time great adventure movies.

It looks like the fan score at Rotten Tomatoes is a 93%, so you are not allowed by any means.

I enjoy adventure movies too, but I haven't taken the plunge on this one yet. The effects looked a little too fake for my tastes. Maybe I'll give it a shot.
