There's not much to it. Just a light-hearted fun movie not to be taken seriously.

That's what I expected from the trailers. Like a Disney version of Romancing the Stone meets The Mummy meets African Queen.

It sure is! A fun adventure which we could all watch as a family and not worry about language and gore (eg. stabbing done off screen). Wish there are more movies like this so that we can all watch them together.

And I'm not surprised The Rock has made a few of these kinds of films as the kids just love him.

Finally saw it, and yeah it's just as advertised: a fun old-school adventure flick.
