Was Ollie's death suppose to be a joke?
Tho his demise was unseen, he was certainly heard. For someone who either got eaten alive or torn apart, his screams, or rather "yelps" were pretty comical for someone in agonizing pain. That scene always makes me literally laugh out loud. It reminds me of Paul Rubens' death in Buffy, The Vampire Slayer (original movie).
