It'd take place immediately after the first movie and show the various crazy situations these guys get into on the vacation.
There could be some kinda sub-plot about Doug's ex following them and trying to have him killed.
I can envision it in my mind and it would be a hilarious masterpiece. Imagine Doug's bachelor party scene except that's how the whole movie. With hitmen, and an evil, scorned ex.
