Seen in other threads on saw 3, it was said that the cop changed her note and said what the note said, at end of movie we see him putting things in the note but is no indication he wasnt doing it because jigsaw told him to do it and we dont see whats written on it, is this revealed in saw 5 or 6?

It's at least revealed what's written on the letter in Saw VI. I think Saw V shows that Jigsaw tells him to give a letter to Amanda, I can't remember if they explicit clarify if the letter was switched or if it was what Jigsaw told him to say.
