Atticus Fetch - English or Australian?
At times he sounds Australian... other times he sounds like he has an English accent..
Even Hank was confused at one point lol.

Tim Minchin grew up in Perth...and his accent is fairly typical of an Australian accent. There aren't a lot of regional variations in the accents, but I would say that his is what is called a general accent, and slightly less identifiable than a broad accent (think Paul Hogan, Steve Irwin).
The degree of accent is more closely related to class and education than origin/location, I think.
He's an aussie.
