Any idea where I can find this movie on DVD?

The only place I can find it is Amazon, and it's damn near 90 bucks.

I bought Shelter from Amazon way back when but it was no way near that expensive. Hard to explain why it is now. There is not even an option for a used version.

That IS the used one. They are out of stock of the new ones. Maybe I'll get lucky and just keep searching every single movie store I go to until one day I'll accidentally find it.

My guess is this film is no longer in production on DVD which would account for the high prices for used copies. If that's all that's left, then that's it. The only hope is that TLA or here! films or whoever currently has distribution rights to it will see enough of a demand to give it another production run.

Amazon has the blu-ray import for $14.99. It is region-free so will work on any blu-ray player. I had a hard time finding the DVD way back when I bought mine, but I think I finally found it on eBay. That's where I would check if you don't have a blu-ray player.
