Also, I bet Jon will initially not want to help Dany, but he'll somehow learn about the letter anyway, and that will change his mind: he'll help her conquer Cersei in exchange for accessing the dragonglass.
The new maester of Winterfell delivered the note to Jon. Jon had it as well as Tyrion's letter from Dany when he addressed the Lords and Ladys in the great hall at Winterfell. Did you not see episode two? Jon is on his way to Dragonstone to treat with Dany. He took Davos with him. Jon arrives at Dragonstone in episode three. Jon will likely convince Dany there is a bigger threat than Cersei. Watch the show and the promos. Helps ya know.
